Okay, so earlier I was wondering if women just responded better when guys acted like assholes. And most of the guys were like, “yeahhh!” and most of the women were like, “no, we love gentlemen” except for a few who were on the other side.

And I seriously thought about this because in most of my experiences with women, they could’ve been better had I been slightly less nicer.

I’m the guy that’ll text you every morning, tell you that you’re beautiful, a lot of stuff that when I looked back on it made me think of myself as one thing: a sucker.

Women love that stuff, that I’m not denying … but I think when they see a guy doing that, they know they can always come back to him. Because 9/10, the women I see that are trying to talk to me, or I’m friends with, or just observing … they’re either coming off of a relationship from a shady dude, or with one. And they’ll talk about how he was such an asshole … but they love him and that’ll never change. So honestly, I sit there and I think, “well if he was an asshole, and he got a girl like you … then what am I doing here?”

Now, I don’t want to be the kind of guy that just ignores a girl that I like. Doesn’t respond to her texts, talks down to her, etc etc. I don’t want to. But ignoring a girl seems like the easiest way to get her to … notice you. Which is a mindfuck in itself, but makes total sense.

But then, would I want a girl who I have to ignore just to get to want me? I probably shouldn’t, but I do. Or did. Or will.

I’m definitely conflicted.

For now though, I’m going to try this “ignore” thing.
